Contact us about your website or brand

Call, text or email. A few lines about your business and the problem you want solved are enough for us to review your site before we talk.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

What to include in your first message

A few specific lines help us prepare. You don't need to write an essay; a short text is fine.

Useful details:

  • Your company name and trade. For example, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, electrical, renovation.
  • Your current website address, if you have one.
  • Where you work. Mississauga only, or also Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville or Milton.
  • What you want. A new site, a rebuild, a logo refresh, more pages, or upkeep.
  • The jobs you want more of. Two or three are enough.
  • Your timing. Any deadline, such as a new truck order or a season starting.

A template you can copy

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [trade] in [City] and nearby. Our website is [web address]. We'd like help with [new website / rebuild / logo / more pages]. The jobs we want more of are [job 1] and [job 2]. Best time to reach me is [time].

Replace the brackets with your own details and send it by text or email.

What happens next

  1. We review before we call. Within a business day or so, we look at your current site, your Google profile and two or three competitors.
  2. The free consultation. A 30-minute conversation with a senior strategist, by phone, video call or in person. You get specific suggestions whether or not you hire us.
  3. A written scope. If there is a good fit, we send a short plan: pages or brand deliverables, timeline, cost and what you own at the end.
  4. You decide. Nothing starts until you agree in writing. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, we'll say so.

Before you get in touch

You'll get more out of the first conversation if you have looked at a few pages first:

  • The services overview explains the five things we do and which problems each one solves.
  • The pricing page shows the monthly plans and what drives the cost of a project.
  • The FAQ covers contracts, ownership, timelines and reporting.
  • The areas page explains how we think about different parts of Mississauga.

If you are gathering material, start with photos. Real pictures of your crew, vans and finished work are the single most useful thing you can bring to a website design project.

If you are not ready to talk yet

Plenty of owners contact us months before they plan to spend anything, and that is fine. A quick text saying "not urgent, just want an opinion on our site" gets the same review as a project enquiry, and we'll reply with two or three things you could fix yourself.

Some examples of what people send us at this stage:

  • a link to their current site and a question about why the phone has gone quiet
  • photos of a van or a logo they are unsure about
  • a quote from another provider they want a second opinion on, which we'll read against the checklist in our website brief guide
  • a question about whether their company needs to meet Ontario's website accessibility rules

None of these commits you to anything. If, after a look, we think a small fix will do, we'll say so plainly.

Who you will be talking to

Your message goes to Ali Sedighi, MBA, or a senior strategist working directly with him. Mississauga.Agency is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, BC.

We are a marketing, design and consulting service, not a contractor. If you need someone to fix something at a property, please contact a licensed trade directly; we can't send anyone out. We only send email to people who have contacted us first, and we use your details only to reply to you.

Frequently asked questions

What is the quickest way to reach you?

A text or a call to (604) 632-4959 during our business hours, which are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Email to Ali@Sedighi.ca works well if you want to send links and files.

How fast will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day. Messages sent on weekends are answered on the next working day.

Mississauga is in Eastern time. Does that matter?

Our hours are Pacific, which means we are available until 9 p.m. Eastern on weekdays. Many owners find an evening call easier once crews are off the road.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a first 30-minute conversation at no charge, and it sits outside any paid plan, so nothing commits you afterwards.
