Mississauga.Agency builds websites and brand identities for trades and service businesses in Mississauga. It is a Canadian service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are a marketing and design business, not a contractor, and we never install, repair or service anything.
Why this brand exists
Service businesses in Mississauga compete on trust at very short notice. A homeowner with a failed water heater, or a property manager in a City Centre tower with a tenant complaint, picks a company quickly, and much of that choice rests on how the company looks online and on the street.
Most agencies treat websites and brands as separate jobs, sold by separate people. We treat them as one problem: how does a stranger decide you are safe to let into their home or building? That question shapes every page, every logo and every sentence we write. Our sister service, Mississauga.Marketing, handles campaign marketing such as ads and local search for the same city; this site concentrates on the website and the identity those campaigns point to.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali's training is an MBA in Technology Management. His career in digital marketing spans 17+ years: it began in 2007, the year he set up ONE.ir as a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Since then he has started Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca, and he leads SAZ.ca as its Founder & Managing Partner. His client work has taken in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
Much of his recent work is in home services: he has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling and BoilerPart.ca. That work is why our case studies are heating and cooling results. We present them as results from our HVAC work, and the results page explains what other trades can take from them.
You can read more about Ali on Sedighi.ca. The monthly plans this brand offers are run through our parent brand, Trades.Agency.
How we work
Five habits shape every project.
- We look before we pitch. Before the free consultation, we review your current website, your Google profile and how you appear next to competitors. The first call is about specifics.
- We write the scope down. You get a short written plan listing pages, deliverables, timeline and price. If something changes, the scope changes in writing too.
- We write the words ourselves. Copy is drafted from interviews with you and, where possible, your dispatcher or lead technician, because they hear what customers ask.
- We measure contacts, not compliments. Every site launches with a way to count calls, texts and emails, so you can see whether it works.
- You own everything. The domain, the hosting account, the files and the logo are yours, and you can leave at any time with all of them.
What we won't do
Being clear about limits saves everyone time.
- We won't promise rankings, leads or a fixed number of calls. Nobody honest can.
- We won't create area pages that only swap a neighbourhood name, because that is doorway content.
- We won't write reviews, invent customers or use stock photos as if they were your crew.
- We don't give legal, trademark, accessibility-compliance or engineering advice. Where those questions come up, such as Ontario's accessibility rules or a name clash, we point you to the official source or a qualified professional.
- We don't install, repair or service anything, ever.
Positioning, in one paragraph
In one paragraph: Mississauga.Agency plans, writes and designs websites and brand identities for the trades and home-service companies of Mississauga, and offers the business and marketing advice that goes with them. Our output is pages, logos and plans; no member of our team will ever turn up at your customer's door to fix a furnace or a tap. The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian company with its headquarters in Vancouver, BC.
Working together
Most clients start with one project, such as a new website or a brand refresh, and some continue with monthly care. Plans and costs are on the pricing page. To start, call, text or email and tell us, in a few lines, what is not working today.
Frequently asked questions
Who will I actually work with?
Your project is led by Ali Sedighi or a senior strategist working directly with him. You won't be handed to a junior account manager after the first call.
Are you a contractor?
No. We are a marketing, design and consulting service. We don't install, repair or service anything; we build the websites and brands of the companies that do.
Why is a Mississauga-focused brand run from Vancouver?
The work is strategy, writing and design, which we do by phone, text and email, with consultations by video call or in person. Our job is to understand Mississauga's customers, and the areas page shows how we approach each part of the city.
What is the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group?
Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, with brands including HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca is a Canadian strategy, AI and revenue acceleration firm he founded.
